What to Include in Your Custom Packaging Brief

cartons for SHENGBAO paper supply

Custom packaging works best when the brief covers both the paper inside and the way it will be handled, sold and delivered. Start with a written list of the required details.

Define the product first

Confirm the paper type, size or roll format, quantity and intended use. Packaging requirements should be built around the agreed product rather than a photograph alone.

Describe every packing level

Tell us how the product should be wrapped, how many units belong in a pack and how many packs belong in a carton. Include any shipping marks or destination-specific labeling requirements you need us to review.

Supply clear artwork

Send your logo and the proposed wrapping, label or carton design. Identify the text, language, colours and product information that must appear. Final artwork and packing details should be approved before order preparation.

Keep the approval record together

Use one confirmed brief for the product specification, artwork version, packing quantities and delivery requirements. This makes it easier for both teams to refer to the same details.

Sample arrangements, packaging options, order quantity and timing are confirmed for the individual enquiry. Explore our OEM and packaging service or send your brief.
