Provide the equipment model
Include the ticket or queue-management printer model and the requirements listed in its documentation. Paper width, diameter, core and length should be reviewed together.
Describe special requirements
If your application needs a printed mark, perforation or another finishing feature, include the details and any relevant layout in your enquiry. These requests require separate confirmation.
Agree on packing
Specify rolls per pack, carton quantities and any labeling or artwork instructions. The product format and packing plan should refer to the same agreed order brief.
Send a complete request
Share the printer model, roll specification, total quantity, packaging and destination. Availability, sample arrangements and delivery terms are confirmed for the individual request.
